Our history
Founded in 2004 by Chris Costello and Charlie Kolstad, Ivory Tower Winery specializes in making small batch wines from local grapes using traditional means with a negligible environmental footprint. Our first vintage was a 2004 Syrah from Fred Esposito's Cira Vineyard in Paso Robles, California.
